Live free from Stress

  • Consider your critics as your well wishers.By pointing out your weaknesses they act as psychotherapists.
  • Laughter is an antidote to stress.Laugh at your mistakes but do not laugh at those of others.
  • Do not feel sorry about mistakes made in the past.Learn lessons from them.
  • Free yourself from selfishness.Never think and speak too much about yourself.Your 'ego' will not contribute to your happiness.
  • If you cannot solve a problem in spite of all your efforts do not be worried or anxious.Time is the best healer.
