Laughter is an antidote to stress.Laugh at your mistakes but do not laugh at those of others.
Do not feel sorry about mistakes made in the past.Learn lessons from them.
Free yourself from selfishness.Never think and speak too much about yourself.Your 'ego' will not contribute to your happiness.
If you cannot solve a problem in spite of all your efforts do not be worried or anxious.Time is the best healer.

Believe that there is a meaning behind everything.Everything in the world is good and beautiful.If you see something evil,see the meaning of it in the right way.
Blame none.If you can stretch out a helping hand,do so.If not,bless them.
If money helps a person to do good to others,it is of value;if not,it is an evil.
Our duty is to encourage everyone in his struggle to live up to his highest ideal.The greatest religion is to be true to your own nature.Have faith in yourself.
Do remember that everything can be sacrificed for truth but truth cannot be sacrificed for anything.
